Delivery Terms


Deliveries are free of charge with the exception of the following areas: Channel Islands, Postcodes commencing with AB,CT,DD,IV,KW, PH, PL,TQ, TR,. Please contact our customer services department for confirmation of delivery charges to these areas.
* To qualify for a free UK delivery a Minimum Order Value of £1500 including VAT applies for kitchen units only, unless adding items to an existing order. We do ship internationally , Prices vary upon country, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Procedure

Our delivery procedure is a one man delivery service TO CURBSIDE and ASSISTANCE is required with UNLOADING. When the order is placed we will give you an approximate delivery date and then approximately one week prior to delivery we will contact you to advise on a 2 day delivery.Where it is possible we will advise on a single day delivery.It is imperative that you advise us in advance of any likely access problems as the delivery vehicles are large and will be parked for some time whilst unloading and checking is carried out. Delivery is generally to the ground floor only. Should the driver be unable to deliver due to access problems or the customer not attending , a failed delivery charge, storage charges and a re-delivery charge will be levied.

Have your Order Confirmation / Invoice to hand to check off your delivery. Please inspect your Goods thoroughly and report any damages, faults or errors to us within 2 working days. We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if Goods have already been fitted. In the event that your Goods cannot be inspected, sign for them as ‘Unexamined’ then report damages, faults or errors to the Sales Office by e-mail or letter within two working days.

In the unlikely event of damage, fault or error by us you will be entitled to exchange that item, providing it is returned in its original packaging and condition. Delivery is free of charge to the majoirty of the UK mainland with the exception of parts of Postcodes commencing with AB,CT,DD,IV,KW, PH, PL,TQ, TR and the Channel Islands where an additional charge will apply. Delivery is by one man to an accessible ground floor location and assistance will be required. To qualify for free delivery a Minimum Order Value of £1500 including VAT applies for kitchen units only, unless adding items to an existing (undelivered) order.

The majority of deliveries will be made within 4-6 weeks of order depending upon the finish. All delivery dates are given as guidelines only. We do not accept any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss involved with delayed deliveries. We will advise on any non-stock items or extended delivery dates by email or telephone.

Deliveries will be made by a dedicated delivery lorry. Delivery for the kitchens will be to an easily accessible ground floor location only.

Delivery lead times: A minimum of eight working days are required to manufacture goods, the seller will then schedule delivery on the next available vehicle traveling to the buyer’s area. The seller accepts no liability for failing to deliver on the buyers requested date. If the first available delivery is not acceptable to the buyer the seller will consult with the buyer with the objective of agreeing the next available date. If the buyer fails to take delivery the delivery will be re-scheduled at the buyers cost.

Delivery to consumer address: Unless otherwise agreed in advance the buyer must arrange to meet the sellers delivery vehicle and assist with offloading failure to comply will result in the delivery being re-scheduled at buyers cost.

All products must be checked thoroughly for damage and delivery notes signed accordingly. If it is not possible to check the products while the delivery driver is present then any dispatch notes must be signed “products unchecked, as driver could not wait “. YOU MUST THEN CHECK ALL THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED AND ANY DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items not reported within this time frame.

The Seller will not be liable for any costs, direct or indirect, incurred by the customer as a result of damaged goods or shortages.

All goods must be inspected and any damages or shortages must be reported within seven days after which no liability will be accepted.

The Customer may be requested to retain the damaged goods for a reasonable period for inspection. If the goods are not retained as requested an additional charge may be raised for replacements.

Any additional costs involved with re-delivering products through missed deliveries would be at the buyer’s expense.

We advise against booking trades for installations until the Goods have been received.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
